KERRY'S STORY
I am a recovering project manager. Having spent more than 20 years learning the logical rules of leadership my life changed the day my best friend Sandy held up a mirror and asked me ‘what’s up your arse’ and why did it matter so much.
From that moment, my heartfelt leadership journey began.
It's a journey that I have lived while writing my first book.
Throughout my journey, my entrepreneurial and creative streak has fought for attention with my known and well-worn command-and-control skill set.
Thankfully, Sandy, and my book, have set me free.
Set me free to find the courage to be a heartfelt leader.
I would love share with you my quest to find a more authentic approach to leadership. And, my search for the right balance of skills for today's leader.

I am forever in debt to Sandy for holding up a mirror to me, myself and I. It was THE defining moment in my life where I had to own my own sh*t and recognise that I was the problem.
